As Founder and Creative Director, James leads the agency, It's strategic direction and vision, as well as being responsible for its commercial performance.
From global brands to local businesses and startups, James' experience spans all sectors from celebrities and tv personalities, corporate groups, fashion & retail to media and publishing.
"With a strong background in digital strategy, graphic and web design, and with over 15 years as creative director for multiple agencies, i set up CANDYBOX in 2018. My aim was to offer our clients a personal level of service backed up by elegant solutions and results. The range of my projects over my career is widely varied and includes, Cannes Film Festival, Spotify, Netflix, Renault F1, Jameela Jamil, Westfield, Sophie Morgan, Lulu Castagnette and Dynamo to name a few".

As Tech Lead, Pedja is responsible for CANDYBOX software development including business analysis, technical design, software implementation, test development and execution, troubleshooting and technical documentation.
Pedja has worked on true Blue-chip client portfolios including Savoy Property Consultants, Tarquin Jones, Ezma, Grampion Group, Medical Practice Marylebone and many more.

Inspirational and highly collaborative creative leader with extensive experience in developing and delivering sublime and stunning corporate and consumer communications across Destination, Luxury, Premium and Retail brands.
With both in-house and Agency experience working for brands including .Art, Hermes, Man Group, Molton Brown, Oliver Sweeney, Tui, Virgin Atlantic and Visit Britain.
